What do the colours of the i3SYNC status indicators mean?
The i3SYNC receiver has two status LED indicators, on each side. Check below for their meaning.

A QUICKLY PULSING ORANGE colour indicates that the i3SYNC receiver unit is in pairing mode. You can now pair all the desired i3SYNC transmitter units.
A SOLID ORANGE colour indicates that the i3SYNC receiver is receiving and displaying the HDMI video signal to your display device, if connected to an HDMI port.

The status LED indicators of the i3SYNC receivers do not light. What could be the problem?
The problem probably is the USB power source. Please check if the USB cable is properly connected from a USB power source to the i3SYNC receiver. Not all USB ports on display devices are designed to continuously provide a USB connection. Some display devices deactivate their USB ports when they do not expect them to be used.
In this case, please contact your i3 dealer for a 5V USB power adapter.
There is no USB port available at my display device to power the i3SYNC receiver. Where do I get the USB power?
The i3SYNC receiver requires a 5 volt power (USB) input at all times for operating; The receiver does not have an internal battery. When your display device has no USB ports, or no active USB ports, you can get a USB power converter to convert a 110V or 220V AC power to a 5V charging power to USB from your i3 dealer. How do I pair the i3SYNC receiver and transmitter.

What is the maximum range for the i3SYNC?
The range of the i3SYNC’s WiFi communication is, like all radio signals, very dependent on the environment. i3-Technologies advises the transmitter to be in a maximum proximity of 10 to 20 meters, but it has been tested to work over double this distance.Universal WiFi advise is also applicable here. Radio signals can pass through wood or stone easily, but metal absorbs these signals. Avoid metal obstructions close to the receiver and transmitter. Also Bluetooth devices can often interfere with WiFi signals.
